Proper skeletal and muscular alignment is the basis for long-term physical health. When our structure is compromised, movement is harder and we become more susceptible to injury. Just like buildings, strength and mobility must be built on a solid foundation.

Various injuries I've incurred over the years and a sedentary lifestyle have affected my physical structure, alignment, and overall body awareness. Decades of sitting in school and office settings haven't helped either. I'm constantly working to improve my alignment and body awareness so I can continue making progress with my strength and mobility training.
